Follow the directions below to start a session with a NeuLogics Consultant:

Support Tool Download

  1. Download the Support Tool by clicking the button above.
  2. Click on the "Download" button.
  3. When prompted choose to RUN the software.
  4. When prompted choose to RUN the "960" client from Venti Solutions, LLC.
  5. When the Venti Support Agent screen opens, type your name and click on "OK".
  6. A new screen will open and confirm your connection when your support agent arrives.

Do not close your browser as this will disconnect the support session.

Certain types of virus protection software may prompt you to allow access to the executable you are attemtpting to run. If your virus protection software prompts you to allow access, please say yes.
